This Banana Bread takes only 15 minutes to prepare and tastes amazing!!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 extra ripe banana, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup walnut, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Butter and flour a bread pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients in the order given. Blend well before adding each ingredient.
- Pour bater into bread pan.
- Put in the oven for approximately 50 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and cool, take banana bread out of the pan and cool completely.
