Directions
- Scald lowfat milk. Pour into egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into glass baking dish (small custard dishes may be used) and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake in 350 oven for 45 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. (I put my baking dish in a pan of warm water in the oven.) This recipe is easily doubled or possibly tripled.
