Ingredients
- 6 x Potatoes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 sm onion grated
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. oil for frying
Directions
- Peel and grate potatoes. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Pour oil into frying pan and heat. Drop potato mix by Tbsp. onto frying pan. Fry latkes till golden and then turn and cook other site.
- Serves 6. Perfect with applesauce.
