- Beef tips or possibly boneless chicken for skewering
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 lg. clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate beef or possibly chicken for a few hrs or possibly overnight. Cook on grill on skewers or possibly broil in oven.
