Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 ribs celery, minced
  • 6 c. low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut green beans
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can no salt added tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. flat wide noodles

Directions

  1. Saute/fry beef, celery and onions in skillet till meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add in beef broth, green beans, tomato sauce, chili pwdr, paprika and pepper; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add in noodles; simmer 8 min or possibly till noodles are tender. Serves 6.
