  • freshly ground black pepper salt ½ head small Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup orange juice 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • ¼ cup beef stock 2 tsp sugar 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 small white onion, thinly sliced ¼ cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts oil
