  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, mix dry ingredients (if you use self-rising meal, omit salt and soda). Add in egg and 2 Tbsp. oil. Mix well. Put pan in oven. When warm, pour mix in pan. Let cook till golden, 20-30 min.
