Ingredients
- 6 chicken sausages
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- celery
- leeks
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 red chilli
- salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the chicken sausage flower shape and deep fry keep separate.
- Cook the other ingredients together and make puree (bar be que sauce).
- In a frying pan add in 03 spoon of sauce put the fryed sausage in the sauce add in finely minced parsley.
