Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 onion (or possibly onion salt)
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Fold in saucepan and simmer 15 min. Pork chops should be cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Baste often as you grill the pork chops. Pork chops will take about an hour to cook.
