Ingredients
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. mashed ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. corn oil butter
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. soft brown sugar
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
Directions
- Put together bran, lowfat milk, and bananas in mixing bowl. Add in egg and butter. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to batter. Add in brown sugar and raisins. Beat just sufficient to put together. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups filling to 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Makes 12 muffins.
