Directions

  1. Cream sugar, oleo and Large eggs. Mix well, add in vanilla and extract, add in baking soda and flour, add in alternately with buttermilk. Add in bananas and nuts.
  2. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8" loaf pans at 300@ for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly toothpick comes out clean.
  3. I substitute vanilla for the butter extract so which makes 4 teaspoon vanilla.
  4. To make buttermilk, use lowfat milk and add in vinegar.
