Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 75ml golden syrup {or 100ml golden syrup and no honey}
  • 25ml honey
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 55g natural sugar or granulated sugar {I used bura,a raw sugar available in India}
  • 55gm brown sugar
  • 100gm plain flour
  • 100gm rolled oats
  • 100gm walnuts
