  • 350gms mascarpone (home made recipe here)
  • 100ml light cream (25% fat)
  • 3-4 tbsps ground vanilla sugar / or castor sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 3 tbsps ground vanilla sugar (or castor sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp strawberry essence (optional)
