Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. apple jelly
  • 1 c. white wine or possibly dry vermouth

Directions

  1. Brown chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a covered casserole dish. Put together wine and jelly, pour over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs (according to pork chops).
