Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. On a plate add seasoned bread crumbs, panko, all seasonings and using a fork stir to mix
  3. In a bowl beat 2 eggs add cream (or buttermilk), whisk well, coat each drumstick, add to breadcrumb mixture to coat
  4. Place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan (in a single layer), drizzle with olive oil and place into the hot oven
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until juices run clear and drumsticks are golden in color
  6. Serving suggestions: Corn on the cob, watermelon slice
  7. great supper option or weekend fare
