Ingredients

  • 16 chicken thighs and legs, skin on
  • Bacon Fat for frying
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 large leeks, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 lb of Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 1/4 cup dry Sherry
