Bacon 'N Egg Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 ounce) or possibly make your own dough
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 5 slc crisp bacon crumbled
  • 1 tsp minced chives or possibly onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Flatten biscuits on pizza pan. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt. Pour onto biscuit shell. Sprinkle with bacon, chives and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Top with crisp bacon slices if you like.
  2. Note: 2 refrigerated cans of Crescent rolls can be substituted for the one can of refrigerated biscuits if you like. Just press out Crescent rolls to cover the pizza pan.
