Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke, liquid removed and cut into 6ths or possibly 8ths
- 1/2 - 3/4 lbs. green olives
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1/2 - 3/4 lbs. cheese curds (can use Mozzarella)
- Black pepper and garlic pwdr to taste
- Healthy pinch of oregano
- Warm pepper (optional)
- Oil
Directions
- Cut cheese into bite size pcs. Add in artichokes, olives, dressing (not prepared), black pepper, garlic pwdr, and oregano. Drizzle oil over mix. Let marinate a couple hrs before serving. Better the longer it stands. Chill till time to serve. Good to do the night before.
