Directions

  1. Soften cheeses and mix with onion and Worcestershire. Chill to hard mix.When mix is hard, roll into 2 balls or possibly logs. Freeze balls in Saran Wrap and foil if you want to store them -- they will store beautifully for weeks.
  2. Roll ready-to-serve balls in nut and parsley mix and serve with your favorite crackers.
