Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Dried Apricots
- 1 ½ C. Flaked Coconut
- 2 T. Powdered Sugar
- 2 t. Orange Juice
- Sugar (Optional)
Directions
- Grind or chop apricots real fine. With hands, mix coconut, powdered sugar, orange juice and apricots. Shape into ½ inch balls. Roll in sugar (optional). Makes approximately 30 balls. Can be made several weeks ahead. Store in an air tight container.
