Ingredients
- 3 x strips of bacon
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 x onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. apricot jam Preheat oven to 350 F.
Directions
- Wrap strips of bacon around pork strips. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with onion. Spread apricot jam on top. Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till cooked thoroughly. Serve warm.
