Apricot Chutney Recipe

• 2 lb fresh apricots minced
• 2 x red onions diced
• 2 c. raisins
• 3 c. brown sugar packed
• 2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
• 1 tsp chili pwdr
• 1 tsp mustard seed
• 1 tsp table salt
• 1/4 tsp curry pwdr
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
