Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in large pot. Stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer, uncovered, for about 1 hour till thick. Stir more often as it thickens to prevent scorching. Pour into warm sterilized jars to within 1/4 inch of top. Seal.
  2. Yield: 3 1/2 pints
