Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 T veg. oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 T melted butter
Directions
- Mix together in order given. Top with the following:
- Bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 15 min, or possibly till done (depends upon the size of the muffins).
