Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal; 1 1/4 c. flour; 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 teaspoon baking pwdr; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 c. unsweetened applesauce; 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 3 T veg. oil; 1 egg white; 1/4 c. oatmeal; 1 T brown sugar; 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 T melted butter

Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 T veg. oil
1 egg white
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 T brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 T melted butter

Directions

Mix together in order given. Top with the following:
Bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 15 min, or possibly till done (depends upon the size of the muffins).
