Directions

  1. In a pan over medium flame, heat oil and saute garlic, onion, tomato and shrimp.
  2. Add the ampalaya and sitaw, stir fry for at least 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the beaten egg and stir to mix with other ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Don't overcook the ampalaya, preserve its fresh green color and crunchiness.
