Ingredients: 4 ounce Semi sweet choc; 1 ounce Unsweetened choc; 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream; 1/2 c. Brown sugar; 1/4 c. Light corn syrup; 1 x Egg; 1 1/4 tsp Vanilla; 1 1/2 c. Flour; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Baking soda; 2/3 c. Minced walnuts; 2/3 c. Minimarshmallows

Ingredients

4 ounce Semi sweet choc
1 ounce Unsweetened choc
3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Light corn syrup
1 x Egg
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
2/3 c. Minced walnuts
2/3 c. Minimarshmallows

Directions

Heat first three ingredients in double boiler. Whisk liquid ingredients in a small bowl. Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix (except nuts and mallows ) Add in melted choc. to liquid mix. Pour into into dry mix blending only to combine. Mix in nuts and marshmallows. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin c.. Bake 400 18 to 20 minutes till tested done. Good picnic muffin.
