Ingredients
- 4 x Pork chop
- 1 x Green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Rice, uncooked
- 1 x Onion
- 1 med tin Tomato puree Sage and thyme
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pch Chili pwdr
Directions
- Brown the chops in a little fat and place in a casserole dish, brown the onions and place them on top of the chops.
- Put one Tbsp. of rice on each chop.
- Slice green pepper and mix with the chilli power and tomato puree and pour over the rice.
