Ingredients
- 1 x Chicken
- 20 x Little onions
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1 dl Water, up to 2 Oil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Djahe, (ginger pwdr)
- 2 x Lomboks, (Spanish pepper)
- 3/4 tsp Laos
- 5 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soysauce Salt
Directions
- Cut the chicken in pcs and fry them in oil. chop the garlic until finely, and mix them with the other herbs, without the lomboks. Cut these (the lomboks) in 2 pcs ( in the length) Add in herbs, lomboks, onions, soysauce, salt, water and vinegar to the fried chicken and let it cook together with the lid upon the pan, until the chicken is tender.
