• 1 tsp Gypsum
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Irish moss
• 14 x Chinook hops (boil)
• 7 x Northern brewer (boil)
• 1 ounce Kent goldings (finish)
• 1 ounce Cascade hops (finish)
• Young's yeast culture
