  • 2 x Raspberry Sherbet
  • 1 x Lemon Juice, Fresh
  • 1 x Orange Juice, Fresh Squeezed
  • 1/3 x Sugar
  • 2 x 28 Ounce. Bottles Ginger Ale, Chilled
  • 1 x 32 Ounce. Bottle Cranberry Juice Cockt, Chilled

Directions

  1. 1. Soften 1 pint sherbet.
  2. 2. In punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar.
  3. 3. Add in ginger ale and cranberry juice.
  4. 4. With ice cream scoop, float remaining 1 pint sherbet on top of punch.
  5. Makes 15 c..
