Ingredients
- 12 lb shortening
- 11 quart sugar
- 72 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 quart lowfat milk
- 24 quart flour
- 2 c. and 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 c. salt
- 1 c. vanilla
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar till light, using medium speed. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Add in flour sifted with baking pwdr and salt and vanilla. Keep mix in refrigerator, rolling a small amount at a time. Cut with a 2 1/2 inch cutter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 360 degrees for 10 min.
