I am calm and helpful individual who has a passion for great food and enjoy cooking.I have many years of experience which i have practice in many aspects of cooking. This give me the opportunity to build sound techniques and skills in baking
of breads desserts, hot and cold sauces, many other dishes i have cooked in my life time
I recently retired from the workforce and decided to spend sometime writing recipes

Cooking Influences
I got my influence from my mom, as a kid growing up on Tortola British Virgin Islands, i was always in the kitchen . Been the oldest of my siblings i had to prepare meals for my younger siblings, my mom will always told me in my house i have to learn to wash cook and iron because not every man is going to get a good female.I have plenty years of experience in variety of kitchens hotels fine dining catering throughout Virgin Islands
and United State. As a professional chef i prepared dishes from simple elegance to
gourmet selections, I also got publicity in the Island Accents Magazine of the BVI and also the daily news paper of USVI.
