About me

I am 70 years of age, been married for 50 years, have 2 children, 4 grandchildren, & 4 great grand children.
I have enjoyed using the Brumble & brown Yougart spread very much, I use it every day. I try to maintain a healthy weight loss program and by using one tablespoon, there is only 1 point counted, gives my food a good flavor of butter, and gives me the satisfaction of eating healthy, and fewer calories.
