About me
I did the first season nell'1996, I still do seasons change, and many places because I like to change working methods and styles cucina.All 'I worked abroad in Switzerland and Malta, all the other seasons in Italy, the winter in the mountains and summer by the sea.
I love Mediterranean cuisine, I like the traditional one then in my opinion and the basis of all .. I like to revisit them and make simple dishes with a touch of fantasy .....
I have 28 years and I love this every season ... but now more people in my professional and less .. unfortunately ...
