About me

I love to cook. I am one of those people who needs a recipe to get me started but usually end up tweaking it to my taste. I love all different types of cuisine. I am definately not one of those people who has meatloaf on mondays, chicken on tuesdays, etc... It is rare that I ever cook the same thing within a month. I am a lacto ovo pescitarian. I know...huh? I eat seafood, eggs and dairy products. Nothing that walks or flies. I will however cook meat for my family and friends. That is about it!
