Low-carb Lover and trying to learn to be a great cook. Want to get my daughter to eat healthy. She thinks a good meal is ordering a pizza, or eating at Del Taco. One little problem. I've got a disability and have severe nerve damage to my right foot. It makes standing for any length of time for nearly impossible. So quick, healthy meals are what I want to teach her. Oh, and she is very, Picky! So I have to be clever even sneaky.
