About me

Hi, I am a self learner as far a cooking goes. My Mom was an awful cook God bless her soul, so if you wanted a good meal you had to cook it yourself. After I left home at 18 I bought the Betty Crocker cookbook as well as the recipes of the moth club. I would search for my favorite recipes and cook like there was no tomorrow. I havn't had many complaints about my cooking Those who eat it are either very desparte or like it. I can take left overs and anythng in the fridge and usually turn it into somthing good to eat.. As much as I enjoy cooking I also enjoy an occassional eveing out to a good resturant
