I enjoy cooking, baking, collecting cookbooks, and sharing recipes. In my spare time I enjoy blogging and reading about the paranormal. When it comes to cooking, my passion is preparing soups, making specialty coffee beverages, including iced coffees, iced teas, various lemonades (including strawberry, watermelon & rhubarb lemonade). I love rhubarb, and enjoy making assorted rhubarb jams, pies, even rhubarb iced tea.
