About me

Hi, my name is bill. I have been cooking for about 30yrs. I have managed two
restarurants, ran one, and love to cook. My passion is baking. I use nothing but
whole wheat. I grind my own flour, and use no processed food products. I now live alone,so i have a envirerment that allows me to try many new methods of baking.
I wish everyone had the means of eating honesty good food. One thing about life, is that you learn many useful things from your fellow men, woman .
