Cooking Influences

My cooking influence comes from foodtv,culinary school and working in several restaurant around the city. I've loved cooking since I was a child. I liked to take my mother's recipes and experiment with them to make them better. I'm not working in a real restaurant right now, I have to admit that the last restaurant I worked in kind of broke my culinary spirit. But I'm on my way back and I will be a chef again.
