About me

Grew up with an Italian grandmother who used no recipes and we never wrote them down! :( It was good in a way, because it taught me to how to use my senses of smell, taste and touch to learn how to cook. She used to let me get my hands in the food (always cleaned them before) so I could "help". Of course, it was her way of keeping an eye on me! Grandmothers are soooooo smart.
