  • 1 c. less 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. less 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. corn oil
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients till moistened. Add in blueberries and stir lightly. Bake 16-18 min or possibly till muffins are lightly brown and hard.
