  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups gluten free flour of choice, I used GF Oat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil, divided
