- CAJUN SEASONING
- ½ LB. OF CRAB OR SHRIMP ARE THE AMOUNT YOU WOULD LIKE
- ½ CUP CORN MEAL
- 2 HEEPING TBS FLOUR
- 1 EGG
- NOTE; THE DRESSING SHOULD HAVE THE ONION, CELERY, BELL PEPPER? ALL THEESE THINGS ARE IN THE DRESSING.
Directions
- PUT THE DRESSING IN A DISH ADD CRAB OR SHRIMP SEASONING MIXTURE MIX ALL UP INTO PATTIES THEN ROLE IN CORN MEAL AND FLOUR MIXTURE I LIKE FINE GROUND CORN MEAL AND FLOUR. FRY TILL THEY TURN LITE BROWN.
- IF YOU WANT YOU CAN ADD CORN MEAL IN WITH MIXTURE. WE LIKE IT PLAIN.THE SMOKE IS GOOD ON IT TOO.
