Slow Cooker Roast Pork with Dried Fruits Recipe

Ingredients

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 (14 oz) can Chicken Broth (or about 2 cups more or less)
  • 1 cup dry Sherry or White Wine
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 3-4 cups dried fruits (a combo of dried giant raisins, apricots. cherries. plums, etc)
