Ingredients

  • Ingredients: Makes 4 servings if using 8~10oz. ramekins/ 6 servings if using 7oz. ramekins
  • All purpose flour - ½cup
  • Sugar - ¼cup
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder - ¼cup
  • Almond meal/ almond flour - ¼cup
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Salt - ¼tsp
  • Soy Milk - ½cup (or regular milk)
  • Oil - 3tbsp (or use melted butter)
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp
  • Egg replacer - 1tbsp whisked in 3tbsp water (or use 1 egg)
  • For the topping:
  • Hot Soy milk or hot water - 1cup
  • Sugar - ½cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
