Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Large eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 min. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased and floured fluted or possibly tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let cold in pan 10 min before removing to a wire rack.
  2. What I like to do with this is to make two cakes. Turn the one upside down and put the other on top of it. Then frost with your favorite frosting. I tint the frosting orange to make it look like a pumpkin. Then I frost a banana with green icing and put it in the middle.
