Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd meat
- 1 x Egg
- 1 sm Minced onion
- Â Â Garlic salt
- Â Â Parsley
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 2 x Beef bouillion cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 x Carrots but lengthwise
- 1 can Tomato juice
- 2 med Potatoes
Directions
- Mix together grnd meat, egg, onion, garlic salt, parlsey, bread crumbs, lowfat milk and mustard packing together firmly. Roll in seasoned flour with paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown in electric skillet, browning on all sides. Add in bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, tomato juice and potatoes. Cook covered all together with meat for about 1 hour and 15 min, or possibly till well done.
