  • Paneer -prepared from 1 litre milk (You can also use store bought paneer)
  • 1 tsp. of cumin seeds
  • 2 medium sized onions, finely choped
  • 1 medium sized capsicum, deseeded and choped
  • 1 medium sized tomato, desseded and finely choped
  • 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. of coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder
  • salt
  • oil
