Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp ground flax
  • 1 Tbsp sprouted Quinoa flour ( I always have some in freezer - you could replace with almond flour)
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • dash oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbsp sun dried olives (optional)
