Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grnd nuts
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brewer's yeast
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. oatmeal, dry
Directions
- Stir oats into water and cook till thick. Add in to above and mix. Mix 1/2 c whole wheat flour and 1/2 c. brewer's yeast for a breading meal. Dip patties into this mix and fry till golden. 239 cal. per serving.
